Who we are
Workflow AI is a phone answering and office automation company based in Metro Vancouver, British Columbia. You can reach us any time on the demo line at (604) 990-2791 or through the form on our contact page.
What we collect
From this website, we only collect information you choose to give us. When you fill out a form, that is your name, business name, phone number, the service you selected, and whatever you write in the message. We also collect basic, anonymous usage data through analytics, such as which pages were visited and roughly where visitors came from. This helps us understand what is useful and improve the site. It does not identify you personally.
If you become a client, the phone answering system we build for you will, by its nature, handle information from people who call your business, such as names, phone numbers, and the details of their request. That information is logged to a call record that you own and control.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and figure out what to build for you.
- To deliver and support the service you hired us for.
- To improve this website and our systems.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers we need to run the business, such as our website host, form provider, and the telephone and calendar tools that power the answering system. Those providers only get what they need to do their job.
Text messages and consent
If our system sends you or your customers a text message, it is because there is a reason to, such as confirming a booking that was just made. Every message includes a way to opt out, and we honour those requests. We do not send unrelated marketing texts.
How we protect it
Call records and transcripts live in your own Google or Microsoft account, under your control. We use reputable providers with their own security practices, and we keep access limited to what is necessary to run your service.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just contact us and we will take care of it. You can also opt out of any text messages at any time by replying to one.
Changes
If we update this policy, the new version will be posted here with a fresh date at the top.
Questions about any of this? Call (604) 990-2791 or use the contact form. A real person from BC will get back to you.
