Does it sound robotic?

How long does setup take?
Most builds are live within one to three weeks. We handle everything: training the system on your business, connecting your calendar, and testing call flows. You review and approve before any customer call is answered.
What counts as a minute?
Only time spent on a live call counts toward your included minutes. If you run past your plan, overage is billed per minute at your tier rate, and we will tell you when it makes sense to move up a tier instead of paying overage.
What if I already have a receptionist?
The system covers what your receptionist cannot: evenings, weekends, lunch breaks, and overflow when every line is busy. It does not replace your team. It covers the gaps that cost you jobs.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No long term contracts, billing is month to month, cancel with 30 days notice. The one time setup fee is non refundable because it covers the build work.
Who owns the recordings and transcripts?
You do. Every call is transcribed and logged to a sheet you own and can open anytime. We use the transcripts to tune your system monthly. Nothing is shared with third parties.
Do you disclose who your clients are?
No. Client businesses stay confidential unless they give explicit permission, because their lines are answered by the system and we don't want unsolicited calls disrupting their customers. If you become a client, your business stays private too.
